You can request a return by sending an e-mail to youareamazing.shop@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving the order for the following reasons:

- If you dislike the product

- If the product is too big/small

- If the product is damaged or does not correspond to the product ordered.

After requesting a return, you will receive the return confirmation e-mail with the return instructions and the address of one of our return departments. The return departments are located in Italy, Torino. The return request procedure takes 24 days on business days.



The cost of the ordered product, including the VAT, is fully refunded to the original method of the customer's payment. 

The return shipping costs as well as the original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the product is damaged or wrong. Customs duties for shipments from extra European countries will not be refunded and are to be paid by the customers from extra European countries. 

Please, return the product within 10 days of receiving the return confirmation e-mail. You may consider using a trackable shipping service so that the delivery can be guaranteed and traced. You can provide us with the tracking code by email.



In case of damaged or wrong products, the original shipping costs and the shipping return costs are fully refunded by us. You need to notify us by email at youareamazing.shop@gmail.com. The damage must be described in detail and photos must be attached demonstrating its extent within 10 days from receipt of the order. You will receive a prepaid return label for the return.



Once your return is received and accepted, the refund will be processed within 15 business days. A credit will be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

We reserve the right to not reimburse in the following cases:

- The product is damaged or the original packaging (shoebox, sunglasses case, dust-proof bag) is missing or damaged.

- Return code and/or order number are missing.

- Unauthorized or after the return deadline.
