How to Reprogram Your Mind

We are habitual creatures. We do things day in and day out – by habit.

For example, when you get up in the morning, you more than likely put your clothes on the same way. For example, you always put your pants on with the right (or left) leg first. You do this automatically. Actually you do this unconsciously.

Did you get that? You do this unconsciously. UNCONSCIOUSLY. This is a prime example of what your subconscious mind is doing for.

Most people are not aware just how much they are living their life unconsciously. Most people are not really awake. They are doing the same things over and over again … and getting the same results over and over again.

If you want to make permanent changes in your life … you need to change the program. Change the subconscious program.

You do this with repetition. You do this with changing your habits so your subconscious has a new program to run.

To change the program takes time. It takes 30 days. You can probably do it in less time, but 30 days is a good measure to change our habits (and our subconscious mind).

Do this experiment (I did and I was amazed). Every time you put on your pants, consciously decide to use the leg you do not normally use. Do this till using the other leg becomes automatic.

If you do this, you will discover two things. One, how long it takes to change a habit and two, how much you are unconsciously living your life.

If you do this … if you can change this simple little habit … you can change any habit in your life.

You can move on to changing your habitual thoughts which are getting you your habitual results.

And that is freedom. When you can consciously change your thoughts to get what you want … that is freedom.
