Here is a great tool to help you get more of what you want. If you could just do this one thing – consistently, for a month – you would be creating the life you long for. It is a simple visualization technique.

“Where attention goes … energy flows”

The law of attraction is always responding to your vibration. Largely, it is responding to what you are focusing on. What you are looking at, what thoughts are in your head.

So, if the law of attraction is responding to what we are looking at (which makes us feel good … or not) … then it would be a wise thing to look at things that make us happy … or feel good.

Well what would that be? How about the things we want to manifest in our lives.

We could visualize our goals. This is a proven and effective way to deliberately manifest what we want. I strongly urge you to do this.

We could create a vision board or vision book, where we search and cut out images of things we would like to see in our lives. This is very helpful to assist with our visualizations. Then we look at this images (daily) and raise our vibrations.

There is another great tool we can use. We can create our own Mind Movies.

This is done on your computer. Once you create your movie, you simply watch them – daily.

This raises your vibration and, of course, the law of attraction is working to bring you those things.

Now, the secret to getting this to work for you consistent – daily viewing. You must change your habits and dedicate a very small amount of time … to create your desired life – deliberately.

Try any of the above visualization techniques to manifest your dreams. Do it daily … you just might be amazed at what happens to your life.
