The conscious mind on the other hand, acts as a filter and screens out things that you would want in your life. It applies logic and likes to have inner dialog with you – planting doubts in your mind.

So if you want something in your life the easy way, you need to get past the gate keeper – the conscious mind, and get the orders to your servant – the subconscious mind.

One of the easiest ways to do this is with hypnosis.
