Sleep Programming - Program Yourself When You Go To Sleep

There are two really great times to program yourself that occur naturally everyday.

They are first thing in the morning when you wake up and the last thing in the evening as you go to sleep.

I personally find programming at bed time to be the most effect and easiest way to program. The reason is it is natural and you will be getting into an alpha state (you need to go from beta to alpha to delta for sleep).

You do not need to set aside any additional time in your busy day to make this work for you – other than putting some conscious effort into what you will program.

I actually have a reminder on my computer that tells me to prepare for what I want programmed at bed time.

To make this work all you need is an affirmation. You will repeat your affirmation at bed time till you fall asleep.

To make this more affective for you (and you might need to begin with this) make sure you have a positive attitude, perhaps some excitement that what you are requesting is coming. Because it is.

That’s it. Just feel good when you repeat your affirmation in your head over and over till you fall asleep.
