I enjoy meditation immensely now. That was not always the way. In fact, I used to hate it. That was before I discovered the Third Eye.
I did not enjoy meditation for several reasons. One of the biggest was I would always fall asleep. I just happen to be one of those people that fall asleep really easy (too easy). Another big reason was if I was meditating I was not taking action towards my goals. I had a real hard time justifying meditation.
But I kept at it. I learned the Silva Method (I absolutely love the Silva method), which led me to The One Command and to Theta Healing. Somehow in my research I discovered a resource to Awaken My Third Eye.
I read the whole ebook and tried the exercises. I was not able to get the results I wanted. Then one day … it happened. I was amazed. I was amazed because it was so pleasurable.
Now I meditate several times a day using the Silva techniques and I open my third eye. I usually don’t fall asleep anymore and I have noticed that I can easily quiet my mind (almost instantly) … and I do it because it feels soooo good.
