The first question I usually get is “what is lucid dreaming?”.

Lucid dreaming is the ability to participate in your dream. You can manipulate your dreams to experience anything you want and it will feel completely real.

So why the rage? You can live out your fantasies for one thing. You can live them out much quicker than you could when you are not a sleep. For example, if you wanted to sleep with your favorite movie star or go sky diving … you can do it. If you have a bad  health condition, you can eliminate it. You name it – you can experience it.

The fact is you spend 1/3 of your life sleeping … so why not utilize this time to your advantage. You are here to enjoy life. Live it up!

By acquiring the skill of lucid dreaming you can experience anything you want – in your dreams.
