Firstly, you must know what you want. If you do not know what you want, then list want you do not want and then take the opposite of that. Those would be want you want.

Do this for all areas of your life. Love, relationships, health, wealth, etc.

We are going to create a better life for you in whatever area you want to improve. You decide on what it is.

Write it down.

You must do this daily.

You might look at the list you wrote down the day before. What could be even better than what is on that list? How could you improve you life by taking your desire to a new level?

Try not to limit yourself.

This entire daily ritual should take no more than 5 minutes. For 5 measly minutes you are going to focus on what you want in life – in all areas.

Now, when you write these things down, write them in the present – as if you are actually living this experience.

Writing down you desires is one of the most power methods to manifest your desires. It works – because you focus on what you want.

You have to focus to write things down. This process forces you to focus … and the beauty of this is your subconscious mind will begin to manifest your desires. Your vibration will lift … and the law of attraction will respond to your changed vibration.

The law of attraction is working 24 hours, 7 days a week – responding always to your vibration. All you need to do is lift your vibration in the areas of your life you want to change.

It is simple … and it works …. everytime … all the time.

So … for 5 minutes a day – try this method. Try it for 21 days.

I will add this … take score of how you are feeling. Take note before you write down your desires and take note afterwards. You should feel a difference.

When I do this exercise … I am buzzing. I can feel the difference in my vibration in my body. It feels like excitement. My whole body is vibrating and I can feel it.

That is a great sign you have lifted your vibration (THE KEY).

Enjoy yourself. This should be fun – uplifting and joyful.

Did you try it?

I have done this little experiment several times and I have made it work every time. I have even had my young sons try this and get it to work (they are 9 and 11).

What you can take away from this experiment is that your mind is more powerful than you thought.

Scientists long thought that we cannot influence our bodies with our mind. This has been proven many times over now to be false.

We can use our mind power for anything … not just our minds.

You are only limited by you and your thoughts.

I have personally used my mind to instantly remove headaches, muscle aches, remove warts and other skins flaws. I have used it to help people heal.

You can certainly do the same.

Expand you mind. Break through your limiting thoughts. You are not powerless …. you are powerful.

Enjoy your power – play with it – expand it. Have fun with it.

Start using your imagination again. Your imagination has power.

I am almost speechless.

Do you think this are some kind of fantasy? Do they have any value at all?

What I observe and hear is very unsettling. Generally speaking, the state of health in North America is terrible.

I am not a big fan in statistics (I’ll post why in another post). However, they have be stating for years and years, the statistics on what is the number 1, 2, etc killers.

If you follow most of this propaganda, they will tell you the number 1 is heart disease, number 2 is cancer etc. They even go as far as to tell you that one third of us will die from heart disease (suggestion?). Careful what you believe.

There is not much press on how many people actually die each year from … our medical professionals. Whether it be mistakes on the operating table or complications from medications. The fatalities are enormous. Some reports go as far as to state this is the number 1 killer.

I am not a big fan of our health system. They do not cure people. They say “remission”. They never say cure. Our current medical practitioners do not treat causes, only the symptoms. Leaving the issue to come back time and time again.

When someone does “get cured” they typically label the event as a mis-diagnosis.

Just about everyone I know (I am in my 40s) has some type of ailment. Most have chronic ailments. Most are taking medication very frequently.

Why? Do you feel you do not have a choice? No other options?

Do you know that “miracles” happen all the time. Health miracles happen all the time too. You don’t hear much about it. If you did you might have more hope for getting better.

Well, I am here to tell you – you have a choice. In fact you have unlimited choices.
