Attitude is everything. Pretty bold statement. Take a quick read and decide for yourself.
When I think about attitude I like to reflect on this great quote by Charles Swindoll:
“The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.
Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company… a church… a home.
The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past… we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude… I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.
And so it is with you… we are in charge of our attitudes.”
Now I want you to reflect for a moment. Look at your life … who do you know that has a not so great attitude? Who do you know that is constantly complaining, is negative, etc.
Now, who do you know that is positive? Who do you know that looks at the brighter side of life? Who do you know that you want to be around?
You will find that you like to around positive people more.
I have been in a leadership position for over 15 years and I can tell you that I will take someone will less skills and the right attitude over someone with better skills and a bad attitude – everytime!
The reason is attitude! I can train people on the skills. But retraining someone on attitude is much more difficult. It is not that they cannot improve their attitude. You absolutely can. But they need to do it themselves. I cannot change anyone.
At every moment we have a choice. We can choose the attitude we want – no matter what.
I want to close this post on another quote:
“Everyone has the ability to light up a room. Some people light up the room when they enter … some people light up the room when they exit”
What this is saying is you are either an uplifter or a downer. Who do you want to be? At every moment of your life … who do you want to be?
For me … I choose to uplift the world.

Attitude is everything … and the law of attraction is responding to your attitude (your vibration).
Enjoy.
